Return and Exchange Policy

Fan Zone offers a return and exchange policy with an option to return or exchange items purchased on our website within the specified 7-day return/exchange period for all Fan Zone products.

To raise a return or exchange request:

  1. Contact our support team via email, phone or Facebook messenger or visit our Price Plaza, Chaguanas Branch.
  2. All returns or exchanges must be made at our Price Plaza, Chagauans branch to be processed.
  3. Please provide the order confirmation and items you wish to return or exchange.
  4. Our customer service representative will help with processing the return or exchange in store.

Return and Exchange Policy Guidelines and Conditions:

  1. Any and all items that a customer would like to return or exchange must be unused and should be returned in their original condition with all the tags and packaging intact. All goods must be complete (including any manuals or accessories), unused and in their original unopened and factory sealed condition. Damaged or altered goods and used items cannot be returned.  Returns and exchanges are made at our store in Price Plaza, Chaguanas where products will be examined.
  2. If you wish to exchange the item because there is a mismatch of size or if you have received a defective piece, Fan Zone will provide you with a replacement of the item.
  3. Under Fan Zone Exchange Policy,  only defective products and size exchanges are allowed. This implies that we can provide a replacement only for the same product of a similar or different size. For example, if a customer purchases, a red shirt in size 'S', the exchange choices for the shirt are confined to the other sizes available for the same exact red shirt. The customer will not be able to exchange it with a blue shirt, which will qualify as a different product. If the desire size is out of stock, the exchange will then be on allowed on another product with the equivalent value.
  4. Personalized customized products are non exchangeable or non returnable.
  • Note that exchanges are subject to availability of stock.
  • If the customer does not return the product within 7 business days from the date of purchase, the request will be cancelled.
  • The Fan Zone Return and Exchange Policy does not apply to special offers and promotional schemes that are frequently run on the website.
